Mission Statement

Our recipe and process has been put through the wringer! We've worked really hard to consistently produce 130 proof liquor. We do this purposefully so that we have 1 standard, 1 constant, above all else to set ourselves above the average distiller.
And it burns blue!

Our final products (which vary from 125 proof to 80 proof) don't have to be cut or watered down repeatedly - that would change our flavor profile.  Our products stay true to the original "1995" flavor our customers have come to know and love.

With our Apple Pie and Everyberry products, those recipes can be kept consistent in their ingredients, able to be reproduced/replicated, and once again - stay true to our claims of flavor, proof and %.

And yes - it burns blue so it MUST be true!
